Powder Wood at Landmark Condominiums were built between 1981 and 1984. There are 228 units in the project consisting of 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom with loft, 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom with loft units. There is a clubhouse, pool, hot tub, 2 tennis courts, outdoor volleyball court, picnic tables and barbecues for residents to use.  These amenities are monitored by an electronic fob-entry system that was installed in February, 2017.  

Each unit is used differently by the owner. Powder Wood is made up of primary residents, second home owners, long-term, short-term and nightly rentals. 

The Management Committee consists of 5 members voted in by the owners, on a rotating basis. 

CC Realty, LLC. is the property management company hired to care for and successfully manage the Powder Wood at Landmark community.
